On the Roads
As of 7:01 a.m., a crash was reported on northbound VA-28 before US-50. The right side is blocked.
As of 7:36 a.m., delays are possible due to a disabled vehicle on the inner loop of I-495 at mile marker 56.0, 1.6mi north of the Braddock Road exit in Fairfax County.
A disabled vehicle was reported at 7:24 a.m. on VA-611/Telegraph Rd northbound at Huntington Ave. The right lane is blocked.
As of 7:23 a.m., a crash was reported on southbound I-95 after the Rappahannock River bridge near Fredericksburg. The left side is blocked.
A disabled Vehicle was reported at 7:28 a.m. on northbound I-495 at mile marker 45.8, 0.2 miles south of VA-123, Exit47B) in Fairfax County. No lanes are closed.
A crash was reported on VA-7 west of Round Hill after Snickersville Tnpk as of 7:14 a.m. A single lane is getting by.
As of 7:24 a.m., a crash had been cleared on VA-287/Berlin Tnpk, 2.4 miles north of VA-9.
In D.C., a crash was reported at 6:44 a.m. on the northbound side of Foxhall Road NW after Reservoir Rd NW. The right lane is getting by.
On the outer loop of I-495/Beltway in Maryland near Clara Barton Pkwy (#41), a crash has been cleared by delays remain as of 7:05 a.m.
On the Metro
Blue Line service is not operating south of Reagan National Airport through Saturday due to Metro’s Blue and Yellow Line construction. Shuttle buses and other alternatives are available. There is no Yellow Line service, with Blue and Green Line service replacing Yellow Line service.
Weather
Thursday’s forecast calls for some clouds to start the day, followed by mostly sunny conditions in the afternoon, with a high near 68. Thursday night is expected to be mostly clear, with a low around 50, according to the National Weather Service.
