If you’re struggling with some of the late-game areas in Elden Ring, the Vampire Build might be precisely what you need to defeat the most challenging of bosses.
It’s no secret that Elden Ring is punishing. Some of the bosses will require you dozens of tries to beat. You’ll need to level up your character to face the growing threats constantly.
But once you’ve beaten the likes of Morgott, the Omen King, and have made your way to the later game areas, you’re going to need to think about the type of build that you want to do.
This all revolves around your style of play. And if you’re a late-game player, you might want to start looking into Arcane and the blood loss status effect.
Here’s how you can have unlimited health regeneration with the best Elden Ring Vampire Build.
Our guides will frequently use a Site of Grace to reference a location. Make sure you’ve found the right one with our guide!
Most Overpowered ‘Vampire’ Insane Health Regen Build in Elden Ring
This insanely overpowered ‘Vampire’ build uses the Rivers of Blood and Blasphemous Blade weapons to inflict blood loss and unlimited health regeneration.
Blood loss is a status effect in Elden Ring that can chip away massive amounts of health from even the most punishing bosses.
Partner this with weapons and abilities that can life steal or heal HP after inflicting damage, and you’ll have yourself one of the most overpowered status effects in the game.
Especially when you start using items that scale with Arcane, Arcane is a stat that helps increase bleed status effects and discovery of items.
This is what the ‘Vampire’ Build is all about. Being able to inflict enemies with blood loss in quick succession while simultaneously giving yourself health. It sounds too good to be true, but with the correct items and weapons, it is easily possible.
Elden Ring: Vampire Build Weapons
Your bread and butter for this build will be the Blasphemous Blade but partnered with the speed, and damage output of the Rivers of Blood makes for an incredibly overpowered combination.
Rivers of Blood
You’ll need to obtain the Rivers of Blood Katana from the Mountaintops of the Giants. This means you won’t get this until later in the game.
Once in the mountaintops, you’ll need to defeat Bloody Finger Okina in the Church of Repose. This will reward you with the Rivers of Blood.
Now the Rivers of Blood will be your primary form of damage. This Vampire Build is all about inflicting as much damage as possible with as many successive hits as possible.
This ensures that you consistently inflict blood loss and gain HP from inflicted damage. The Rivers of Blood special skill, Corpse Piler, will coat your weapon in blood and launch a flurry of successive attacks.
It’s instrumental in helping this build succeed. You will need to wield it in your right hand.
Blasphemous Blade
The Blasphemous Blade you’ll obtain after defeating Rykard, the Blasphemous and obtaining his Remembrance.
You’ll find Rykard in Volcano Manor after climbing Mt. Gelmir.
Now, the Blasphemous Blade is the foundation of the Vampire Build. It has a passive effect that will allow you to restore HP after defeating an enemy. This passive effect is active as long as you wield it on one of your hands.
This means that you can wield the Blasphemous Blade in your left hand and wield the Rivers of Blood in your right hand and still be able to restore your HP after defeating an enemy.
This may already sound pretty great, but things will start to really get vampiric when you begin to add talismans to your build.
Elden Ring Vampire Build Talismans
The talismans in the Vampire Build will help with increasing your damage with successive hits and increasing the amount of HP you receive from inflicting damage or defeating enemies.
The number of talismans you can equip will depend on how far you are in the story. If you’ve gone to…
