The 15-year-old who allegedly gunned down an innocent 11-year-old Bronx girl earlier this week has been charged in her murder, cops confirmed Friday.
The teen, whose name was not released, was taken into custody just after 2 a.m. Friday and charged with murder, manslaughter and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon, cops confirmed.
Kyhara Tay was shot just before 5 p.m. Monday while visiting a nail salon, New Kim Nails, on Fox Street with her friend, cops said.
The shooter rode by on a moped and opened fire, targeting another group on the corner, according to police.
The gunman missed, though, and fatally struck the young girl.
Cops were still searching for a 14-year-old boy who they say was also involved in the shooting.
