ALABAMA—Some restrictions lifted
Travel outside home: Residents are encouraged to stay home and follow good sanitation practices. (Reopening plan)
Gatherings: Nonwork gatherings are prohibited if they cannot maintain a consistent 6-foot distance between persons from different households.
Businesses: Nonessential businesses can reopen, subject to sanitation and social-distancing rules. Retailers have occupancy limits.

Bars/restaurants: Dine-out only at least until May 15.
Beaches/parks: Beaches are open with social-distancing restrictions.
ALASKA—Some restrictions lifted
Travel outside home: Individuals are no longer required to stay home.

Quarantines: Travelers from out of state must self-quarantine for 14 days.
Bars/restaurants: For dine-in, reservations only with reduced capacity and social distancing. (Directive)

ARIZONA
Travel outside home: Residents are advised to limit travel outside the home. (Order)
Gatherings: Residents are advised to avoid gatherings.
Businesses: Nonessential businesses can reopen with enhanced physical distancing and safety measures in place.
Quarantines: No statewide directive.
Bars/restaurants: Restaurants and bars can reopen with safety precautions.
Beaches/parks: Unless locally restricted, open with social distancing.

ARKANSAS—Some restrictions lifted
Travel outside home: The governor hasn’t issued a stay-at-home order.
Gatherings: 10-person limit; doesn’t apply to unenclosed outdoor spaces or places of worship.
Businesses: Gym and entertainment venues are closed. Hotels, motels and vacation rentals are restricted to authorized guests.
Quarantines: 14-day self-quarantine required for travelers entering Arkansas who have visited an international location or New York, New Jersey, Connecticut or New Orleans in the previous 14 days.
Bars/restaurants: Dine-in service permitted with restrictions.
Beaches/parks: State parks are open with physical distancing and limited camping.
CALIFORNIA
Travel outside home: Only for essential needs/work. (Guidance)
Gatherings: Nonessential gatherings are prohibited.
Businesses: Nonessential businesses are closed. Curbside pickup allowed for some retailers, including clothing, sporting goods and home and furnishing stores.
Quarantines: No statewide directive.
Bars/restaurants: Dine-out only.
Beaches/parks: Many state parks and beaches are temporarily closed or have very limited access.
COLORADO—Some restrictions lifted
Travel outside home: Residents, especially high-risk people, are advised to stay home as much as possible. Localities may have extended stay-at-home orders. (Guidance)
Gatherings: Public and private gatherings may not exceed 10 people with limited exceptions.
Businesses: Noncritical businesses are open with restrictions.
Quarantines: No statewide directive.
