INDIANAPOLIS, IN — Police are searching for a missing 6-year-old boy who was taken by an unrelated adult woman, according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
Horlbens Charles was last seen Friday, when he was taken from his home at 10136 Ellis Drive in east Indianapolis by Flaurene Fenelon. Charles was taken without his father’s permission, and Fenelon is unrelated to the child and has no property rights, according to authorities.
Charles is around 3 feet, 8 inches tall and 50 pounds with black hair and brown eyes, and he was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants and black shoes. Fenelon is around 5 feet, 5 inches tall and 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was driving a blue four-door Kia car, police said.
Anyone with information on either Charles or Fenelon is urged to call IMPD Missing Persons Unit at 317-327-6160, email missingpersonstips@Indy.Gov or call Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana at 317-262-8477. Anonymous tips made through Crime Stoppers that directly lead to a felony arrest can be eligible for a cash reward up to $1,000.
