Former White House chief of staff to speak about September 11 at Framingham State on Sept. 8
Andrew Card, the man who whispered news of the September 11 attacks into President George W. Bush's ear, will deliver a lecture titled "Under Attack" at Framingham State University as part of the school's 20th-anniversary 9/11 commemoration, according to Framingham Source.
