Dave Grohl reacts to lawsuit over Nirvana's Nevermind album cover
Grohl said he has "many ideas" for altering the iconic 1991 cover as Spencer Elden, photographed as a baby on it, pursued a $150,000-per-defendant sexual exploitation lawsuit against the band and its label ahead of a 30th-anniversary reissue.
